1. Introduction

Welcome to FLWSH Ltd (“FLWSH”, “we”, “us”). These Terms explain how our website design, hosting, and support services work. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. How Our Service Works

FLWSH offers fully managed websites on a subscription basis. You don’t buy or own the website outright — instead, you rent the use of your site and related services while your subscription stays active. Your plan includes:

• Website design and setup
• Hosting and maintenance
• Ongoing support
• An annual review to request updates or design changes

3. Payments & Billing

• Your monthly subscription is paid in advance through Stripe or another approved provider.
• If payment fails or is missed, your site and services may be paused or cancelled.
• All prices are in GBP and are non-refundable.
• There’s no upfront design or setup fee unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary text, images, and information needed to build and maintain the website.
• Ensure all website content complies with applicable laws, including GDPR, accessibility standards, and requirements for a Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of your website content and business activities.
• FLWSH Ltd is not responsible for creating, supplying, or verifying your legal policies, and accepts no liability for any issues arising from missing or incorrect policies, cookie notices, or privacy statements.
• If requested, FLWSH can add or display legal documents you provide, but their content remains your responsibility.

5. Developer Responsibilities

• Maintain the website online with reasonable skill and care.
• Apply software updates, security patches, and carry out regular backups.
• Not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, plugins, analytics).

6. Updates & Support

• We’ll look after hosting, updates, and technical support while you’re subscribed.
• You get one free annual review each year for design tweaks or updates.
• Any small changes within 7 days of launch are free.
• Extra work or redesigns outside these periods may incur a fee, which we’ll quote in advance.

7. Cancelling Your Subscription

• You or FLWSH can cancel the subscription with 30 days’ written notice.
• We may suspend or end the service if payments are missed or the service is misused.
• Once cancelled, your site and hosting access will end.
• If the domain is registered through FLWSH, it remains under our ownership unless agreed otherwise.

8. Our Responsibilities

• We’ll do our best to keep your site online and secure.
• However, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime or be liable for losses from downtime or third-party issues.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms. If we do, we’ll email you or post the new version on our website. Continuing to use our service means you accept the latest version.

10. Legal Information

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
